With a strong desire to build a legacy for her 2 sons, Yulonda discovered a passion for Real Estate investing.  As a native New Yorker, Yulonda recognized that investing in her home state was not feasible and embarked on her journey as an out of state investor within the Philadelphia and Baltimore markets.  In 2017, Yulonda met her business partner and the two woman became members of BTS  after attending the the 1st WIRE Summit.

Yulonda’s desire to educate and help others on their journey prompted her to open a consulting company.

YJP & Associates, LLC. is a boutique consulting firm that caters to aspiring and novice real estate investors.  The firm specializes in developing an individualized action plan with clients to start them on their path to real estate investing; providing guidance, resources and referrals to support them on their journey.
