Kim Avant-Babb is a Real Estate Investor, Author and Landlord Strategist.

Co-owner of two companies, Babb Properties and Legacy Real Estate Consulting, Kim is passionate about helping small Landlords operate their rentals efficiently to increase profits, avoid evictions and build generational wealth.

Along with her husband and business partner, Kim has been self managing rentals for 39 years with a 0% eviction rate. She has recently made Landlord Docs 30, a digital property management document system available to the investor community along with landlord coaching and training.

After 23 years, Kim recently fired her 9-5. She served as Chief Strategy Officer for a New Jersey State Authority, whose focus is financing urban redevelopment projects across the state.
